ELECTRIC   LONG   DRYER TUNNEL  DESCRIPTIONS

The flock pigment used in rotation printing is designed for drying glitter or bath non-slip.

Technicial Specifications :

- There is a vacuum unit to remove the accumulated gases from the environment. This unit cleans the odor and gas accumulated on the fabric.

- Fans and distributors are used for homogeneous temperature distribution.

- Cabin covers are made collapsible with the help of shock absorbers in order to clean the glitter and flocks accumulated inside.

- Check valves are used to clean the flock and sim residues accumulated under the belt and between the cabins.

- Paints are electrostatic powder paint.

- Cabin bottoms are covered with galvanized sheet.
